Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 May 2026

1. Agreement

By purchasing a subscription to sixmapper or installing the sixmapper desktop application, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't purchase or install sixmapper.

These Terms apply between you and sixmapper (operator of sixmapper.com), contact support@sixmapper.com.

2. What you're paying for

A subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use sixmapper on the number of devices stated in your subscription (currently 2). The subscription renews monthly until cancelled.

3. What sixmapper is, and isn't

sixmapper is a post-match analysis tool. It reads completed Rainbow Six Siege replay files (.rec) on your device and renders the data they contain onto annotated maps. It does not connect to Ubisoft's servers, doesn't read game memory, and doesn't modify the game in any way.

sixmapper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft Entertainment SA. Rainbow Six and Rainbow Six Siege are trademarks of Ubisoft Entertainment SA.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

5. Your licence key

Your licence key is personal and bound to your subscription. We may revoke it if these Terms are breached, payment fails and isn't resolved within 14 days, or fraud is detected. Revoking the licence key prevents sixmapper from launching on your activated devices.

6. Updates

sixmapper checks for updates on launch and may install them with your consent. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. We aim to maintain backward compatibility but make no guarantee.

7. Subscription billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via our payment processor Polar.sh. Prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal Polar provides; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Refunds

Refund terms are set out at sixmapper.com/refunds. In the EU/UK, statutory consumer rights apply and override anything inconsistent in these Terms.

9. No warranty

sixmapper is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for sixmapper in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Termination

You can terminate by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the software. We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms. On termination, your licence ends and sixmapper will refuse to launch.

12. Data and privacy

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is always at sixmapper.com/terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
