Refund Policy

The short version
If sixmapper doesn't work for you, email support@sixmapper.com within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll refund you. After that, you can cancel any time but past months won't be refunded.
14-day money-back guarantee
Within 14 days of your first sixmapper purchase, you can request a full refund for any reason. Just email us from the address you used to purchase. We'll process the refund through Polar.sh within a few business days; how long it takes to appear on your card depends on your bank (typically 3-10 business days).
Your subscription will be cancelled, your licence revoked, and any installed copies of sixmapper will refuse to launch.
After 14 days
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again.
We don't refund partially-used months unless we've genuinely failed to deliver the service (e.g. extended outages, severe bugs that prevent use). If that happens, email us and we'll work it out.
EU/UK consumer rights
These terms don't affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under UK or EU law. In particular, the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases — the policy above meets or exceeds that.
Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks are expensive and disputed via Polar's processor; if you have an issue we'd much rather just refund you directly. We'll always respond within one business day.
How to request a refund
- Email support@sixmapper.com from the address you used at purchase.
- Include your licence key (so we can find your account quickly) — though we can also look it up by email.
- You'll get a reply within one business day confirming the refund is being processed.
