The main points of the EULA and Confidentiality Agreement are as follows, but please review them fully:

• Licence scope: Non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SixMapper (trial version) on a single computer, for personal use only.
• Decoding: No reverse engineering, decoding, decompiling, or modifying of the software.
• Confidentiality: You can't disclose, distribute, publish, or otherwise make available any Confidential Information relating to the software.
• Blueprints: You can share the blueprints/output with your team but only your team; take all reasonable action to make sure they're not sent to any third parties.
• Intellectual property: SixMapper retains all IP rights to the software and to any output generated by it (mainly around commercial use); the licensee gets only a limited internal-use licence, not ownership.
• Term: The trial EULA lasts 3 days from acceptance, after which all copies of the software must be destroyed. The Confidentiality Agreement runs until either party gives notice to terminate it.
• Non-solicitation & non-compete: For a year after the agreement ends, the Licensee can't get involved (as owner/investor/developer or similar) in a directly competing business, or divert SixMapper's customers/business — though simply becoming a customer of a similar service is expressly allowed.
