The main points of the EULA and confidentiality agreement are as follows but please review it fully:

• License scope: Non exclusive, non transferable license to use SixMapper, for personal use only.
• Decoding: There is to be no reverse engineering, decoding, decompiling or modifying of the software.
• Confidentiality: you can't disclose, distribute, publish, or otherwise make available any Confidential Information relating to the Software.
• Blueprints: You are allowed to share the blueprints/output with your team but only your team, all actions need to be taken that its not send over to any third parties.
• Intellectual property: SixMapper retains all IP rights to the software AND to any output generated by it (mainly around commercial use), the licensee gets only a limited internal-use license, not ownership.
• Term: The EULA lasts only 3 days from acceptance after which all copies of the software must be destroyed. While the NDA lasts till terminated by one party given notice.
• Non-solicitation & non-compete: For a year after the agreement ends, the Licensee can't get involved (as owner/investor/developer or similarly) in a directly competing business, or divert SixMapper's customers/business, though simply becoming a customer of a similar service is expressly allowed.
